These Terms of Service govern your use of the SpiritsOS mobile application and related in-app services. By creating an account or using SpiritsOS, you agree to these Terms.
SpiritsOS and AI features
SpiritsOS lets you create and interact with AI characters called Spirits. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. It is provided for entertainment and general information, and is not professional advice. You are responsible for how you use it.
Your account
You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your account or use another person’s account without permission. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Your content and conduct
You are responsible for content you create, upload, or share through SpiritsOS. You must have the rights needed to provide that content and must not use the service in a way that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or that interferes with the service or other people’s rights.
Subscriptions and purchases
SpiritsOS may offer optional paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by the applicable app store, and that store’s terms and policies apply to billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment handling. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the app store account used to purchase it.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of SpiritsOS, including features or availability, as the service evolves. We may also update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date.
Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access to SpiritsOS if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, if required for security or legal reasons, or if needed to protect the service or its users. You can delete your account through Settings → Delete Account in the app.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SpiritsOS is provided as available and without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpiritsOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
