You can send photos in chat when your plan includes photo messages and you have allowance remaining.
Attach and send
- Open the conversation you want to use.
- Open the photo control beside the message composer.
- Choose Camera or Gallery and select your image.
- Review the attachment and add text if you want to give it context.
- Use the send arrow and wait for the message’s status to update.
Keep the app connected while your photo sends. Check the status beneath the message to see when it has been sent.
If you see a limit message
If you see Upgrade Required or Limit Reached, review your membership and photo-message allowance in the app.
If an image fails
For Could not attach image. Please try again., check your connection and camera or gallery permission. A failed outgoing message can offer Retry or Remove. If the message is already sent, check its status before sending the same image again.
Use the text field to explain what you want to discuss about an image; do not assume an AI interpretation is always correct.
