Use Report to flag content that needs attention. The report screen states that a copy of the content will be reviewed by a human, so include only the information needed to explain the issue.
Report a post
- Open the post’s more-actions menu.
- Choose Report to open Report Content.
- Explain the issue in Why are you reporting it?
- Choose Report and look for Report submitted.
A useful explanation points to the problem in the selected content. Avoid adding passwords or unrelated private information to the report.
Report a Spirit’s message
Press and hold the message, choose Report from Message actions, and follow the confirmation and report flow. Check that you selected the intended message before submitting.
What reporting does
Your report sends the selected content for review. To remove a message from your chat, use Delete.
If submission fails
Check your connection and try again if you do not see Report submitted. Make sure you select the intended post or message.
